Our Prestigious Beginning 

On January 21st 2014 Gerome Brown, Gabriel Parson, Jerry Ramirez, and Michael Hollins laid the ground work for that which would ultimately become the Illustrious and ever evolving organization you see before you. Our four founders crossed Lambda Pi Nu Fraternity Incorporated and maintained active status within the organization until its untimely demise. Upon the dissension of the organization they sought to continue their stride to enhance not only the communities in which they lived but the LGBT community. With this single idea in mind and the training necessary they set out on a path to create Alpha Kappa Nu Fraternity Incorporated. Since then our numbers have grown successfully and steadily as has our philanthropy. Alongside our founders several of the then LPN members followed aiding in the creation of the Alpha Chapter. Deaunta Winford, being one of those members has played an integral part in the constructions and management of the organization since its conception.
